Who we are
Mayoristas by P&P Group (the “App”) provides wholesale pricing, validation, and draft-order tools for merchants who use Shopify (the “Service”). The App is provided by P&P Group S.A.S. (“we”, “us”). Contact: info@pypcreations.com | Address: Avenida 5N #4-6, Cali, Valle Del Cauca .

Controller / Processor roles

  • For merchant/store account data, we act as an independent controller.

  • For store customer/buyer data we access via Shopify APIs, we act as a processor on behalf of the merchant. Shopify is an independent platform provider.

Personal Information the App Collects

From Shopify (upon install and use)
Based on the access scopes you grant, we may access:

  • Customers (read_customers, write_customers): customer profiles necessary for wholesale eligibility/validation and draft orders.

  • Draft orders (write_draft_orders): create and manage draft orders to fulfill wholesale workflows.

  • Products & variants (write_products): read/update pricing or metafields required by your wholesale configuration.

  • Themes (read_themes): read theme settings needed for theme app extension configuration.

Collected via app features (outside Shopify APIs)

  • Merchant/admin data: name, email, role, support requests, and configuration settings you submit in the App.

  • Operational logs/diagnostics: timestamps, IP address, user agent, error traces, and feature usage needed for security and debugging.

  • App proxy & theme extension traffic: data strictly required to render wholesale behavior on storefront pages (e.g., logged_in_customer_id, selected variants/quantities, wholesale flags).
    We do not collect or store payment card numbers.

Cookies & similar tech
The App itself does not set advertising cookies. Essential cookies or local storage may be used only to keep session state or render proxy/theme blocks. Storefront analytics/consent remain governed by your store’s own policies.

How We Use Personal Information

  • Provide, configure, and improve the Service (wholesale pricing, validations, draft orders, theme app blocks).

  • Authenticate requests and secure the App.

  • Offer support and communicate about the Service.

  • Comply with legal obligations.
    Legal bases (where applicable): performance of contract, legitimate interests (security, debugging), and consent where required.

Sharing Your Personal Information

We share data only as necessary to operate the Service:

  • Platform: Shopify APIs and webhooks (to fulfill the functionality you requested).
    We do not sell personal data.

Legal/disclosure: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

International Transfers

We may process data outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).

Retention & Deletion

  • We retain merchant/store data for the duration of the installation and delete it within 30 days after uninstall, subject to backups and legal requirements.

  • We honor Shopify’s mandatory GDPR webhooks and requests:

    • SHOP_REDACT — erase store data we hold.

    • CUSTOMERS_REDACT — delete specified customer data we hold.

    • CUSTOMERS_DATA_REQUEST — provide customer data we hold to the merchant.

Your Rights

Depending on your region (e.g., EU/UK GDPR, California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to processing.

  • Buyers: please contact the store where you made your purchase; we will assist the merchant and act on Shopify webhooks/requests.

Children

The App is not directed to children under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here and, where appropriate, notified in-app or by email.
